  • Seeking a skilled and .NET full stack production support member to join our Treasury applications team. The candidate should have a strong background in web applications, services, WCF, MVC, REST APIs, Microservices (containerized apps) using the .NET framework, along with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.. This positions main job requirement is to provide production support. The position will monitor all the tickets and queues assigned to the application group and resolve the applications issue, batch issues etc to ensure smooth function of the application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for application using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET core, MVC, WCF)
  • Analyse issues reported by users and implement resolutions
  • Production Support activities include handling job failures, debugging data issues, root cause analysis of failures and working with business and interface IT partners to fix, restart or reprocess.
  • Support also includes performing test runs for interface partners, generate relevant test results & reports and responding to outages.
  • Continuous process improvements are carried out to enhance error handling, change rules & mappings, increase automation, and reduce incident count.
  • Attending major incident management calls
  • Perform minor enhancement work (design and develop)
  • Good expertise on the service-now produce usage
  • Ability to alert and respond to the issues.
  • Track and follow through the issues until complete
  • Work/coordinate with interfacing application teams for issue resolution
  • Build knowledge base
  • Able to work in shifts (US EST and LATAM)
  • Work with application development, understand new functionality being implemented and provide production support as necessary
  • Participate/Support (application or infrastructure) as necessary
  • Participate/Perform DR activities
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in .NET development and front-end/back-end technologies
  • Identify opportunities to improve application performance, security, and scalability
