- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Recruiter with strong expertise in IT recruitment and business development to design and execute our global client acquisition strategy. This is a commercially driven role where your primary responsibility is to generate new business, establish strong pipelines, and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and outreach to presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- This role is not involved in sourcing candidates or delivery work. Instead, your focus will be on winning new clients and expanding our presence across international markets.
- The ideal candidate will come from a 360 recruitment & business development background, bringing both commercial acumen and a consultative approach to client engagement.
- What You’ll Do
- Generate leads and new business within IT recruitment & business development.
- Build relationships with clients across global markets.
- Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Manage your sales pipeline and develop tailored solutions for clients.
- 3+ years in 360 recruitment & business development (IT sector preferred).
- Strong track record in winning clients and generating revenue.
- Confident communicator with sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
