We are seeking an experienced IP lawyer or agent to assist with filing design rights for a baby carrier in the UK and EU. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK and EU design rights and experience in handling similar cases. I run a small baby carrier brand. I need urgent protection for my product design, which is unique and different to competitors. Scope: 1. Create professional design drawings (front, back, side, perspective views). 2. File design registrations at UKIPO and EUIPO. 3. Provide registration numbers + confirmation of filing. Requirements: • Must be licensed to file in UK/EU. • Experience with product design filings (consumer goods/textiles). • Fast turnaround (3–5 days).
