Responsibilities: Provide support for client onboarding and post-sale services across the firm's suite of open ended evergreen (semi-liquid) fundsManage fund onboarding operations across distributor platforms in EMEA and AsiaSupport Fund Administrator investor onboarding through coordination with Transfer Agency and compliance teams, handling operational and client service duties for the fund platformMaintain active relationships between distributor/private banks' middle office teams, third-party service providers, internal business units, and Fund Administrator teamsDevelop and maintain expertise in private bank and investor dealing operational platforms and processesDesign and implement systems and processes to enhance investor service deliveryCreate and maintain documentation for operational procedures covering investor maintenance and reporting across various investor and distributor relationshipsInnovate solutions to enhance investor and distributor experience while minimising risk and optimising processesServe as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, providing comprehensive analysis and solutions to Head of the Investor Services teamSupport strategic initiatives including new fund launches and process optimisation projects Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant industry experienceUnderstanding of private wealth clients and distribution channelsExperience in investor servicing, reporting, onboarding, and operationsKnowledge of open-ended evergreen funds, including Luxembourg UCI Part IIStrong relationship management capabilitiesProactive, solution-oriented mindsetExceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with close attention to detailCollaborative approachAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced envir
