You must already have warm investors capable of writing sub-$5m tickets. Payment is success-fee only (percentage of capital raised).
Hourly rate listed is purely to meet Upwork requirements. This role can fast-track into seniority. Responsibilities * Source and introduce warm investors from your existing network. * Present one of our portfolio companies to one of your real investors (live, with us present). * Drive investor conversations to soft-commit and close stages. * Manage investor follow-ups and maintain high-trust relationships. * Leverage our internal investor network to expand your own Rolodex. * Provide market feedback on investor appetite and fundraising structure. Selection Process 1. Intro call with Partner 2. Live demonstration: You present one of our companies to your investor 3. Success-based hire if you show immediate traction or momentum Requirements * Must have an active, warm investor book (family offices, angels, HNW, micro-VCs, institutional). * Proven experience in capital raising, investor outreach, or fundraising. * Confident pitch communicator; strong closing skills. * Comfortable with success-fee only structure. * High discretion, confidentiality, and relationship sensitivity.
