- We are looking for commercially minded individuals wishing to pursue a career in Mergers & Acquisitions to support our growing London team.
- Under general supervision, Investment Banking Off-Cycle interns are given a high level of responsibility on matters of business significance within a specific industry or product-focused team.
- You will enhance your financial analysis skills, develop a deep understanding of capital markets and clients, and contribute ideas to projects with significant scope and impact.
- You are expected to work on all aspects of the transaction process, including conducting high-level research, creating original work products, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios, participating in presentations, drafting sessions, new business proposals, and due diligence meetings.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- · Prepare client materials, including presentations, market studies, company profiles, new business pitches and marketing materials.
- · Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industries, companies, investors, and market dynamics and deal activity.
- · Perform financial analyses and company valuations to support transaction recommendations.
- · Support the execution of M&A and financing transactions through process management, documentation, and due diligence.
Preferred Experience
- · You are a recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or are a student currently completing a gap year as part of your degree.
- · Previous experience in Investment Banking and/or Corporate Finance is a plus.
- · Available immediately for a period of 3 months (potential to be extended dependent on individual performance and team requirements).
