The team has a brilliant client base and has worked on a range of high profile private equity buyouts. Their strategy is advising management teams on the deal process,The role will focus on originating and structuring deals for their clients. On a daily basis, this will involve advising on deal structuring, advising on financing, working with CEOs on financial strategies and deal execution.
