The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their Technology M&A team, with a specific focus on IT Services. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact transactions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will be involved in all aspects of deal execution and client service, from origination to closing. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of M&A transactions in the IT Services sector.Build and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.).Conduct industry and company research to support strategic insights.Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, legal, and accounting advisors.Mentor and supervise analysts and interns.Engage directly with clients and contribute to relationship development.
