No Letting Go conducts property visits to complete independent condition reports and inventories prior to and at the end of residential tenancies.
Contractual hours are negotiable and can be fitted around other commitments such as school run etc.
The role involves completion of reports on behalf of local letting agents using our in-house app for which a tablet will be provided.
You will be required to collect keys from agents and attend empty residential properties to complete reports.
Lettings industry experience ideal but not essential as full training will be given. Reliability and attention to detail are the main attributes required for this role.
