We need an interviewer who has a lot of experience recruiting in the US for Project Schedulers/ Project Controls Engineers, placing schedulers for large-scale public works, mission-critical data centers, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, biotech, and capital projects. We need someone who is familiar with these industries and who has screened candidates before and collected specific answers to questions given. You should be very good at assessing and gauging candidates' qualifications through interviews. Experience relaying/debriefing thoughts of candidates from calls to internal team is a must too. This role will be working during EST-PST hours. You'll be given briefings, guidance through processes and questions to ask on your calls. Calls will be taken by you and recorded for note taking purposes. Your main focus and day to day will be taking calls, interviewing and screening candidates.
