About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Intervention Tutor to provide targeted support for students’ literacy, numeracy, and additional learning needs. This role focuses on delivering effective, tailored intervention programmes to help students achieve their full potential, supporting their academic progress and personal development. The Intervention Tutor will work closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and other key professionals to ensure interventions are relevant, engaging, and impactful. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one and small group intervention sessions in literacy, numeracy, and other identified areas of needPlan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs, including embedding interventions within broader subject lessons when requiredAssess a
