The 193 Countries Consortium's HRCPU is a global initiative committed to bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Internship HR Recruiter to join our Opportunity Sourcing Program, managing Establishments (clients) who has genuine, and promising job opportunities. This internship is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, business development, and relationship management within the UK market.

Location: Remote/Flexible within the UK

Duration: 3-6 months (90 Days 8 hrs Reporting needed)

Reporting To: HRCPU Program Manager

Role Summary
The primary responsibility of the Internship HR Recruiter will be to identify, establish, and maintain relationships with established organisations across the United Kingdom to understand their current and future talent requirements. These identified job opportunities will serve as the core placements for the job seekers enrolled in the 193 CC's HRCPU recruitment program. This role is crucial in creating the supply of job openings that will attract and motivate job seekers to engage with our program.

Key Responsibilities
Job Opportunities Sourcing:

Proactively research and identify established companies, particularly those with high-volume or ongoing recruitment needs across various sectors in the UK.

Engage with HR departments, talent acquisition managers, and business leaders to understand their current and upcoming job vacancies and talent needs.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of job openings that align with the skill sets of job seekers in the HRCPU program.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact between 193 CC and the partner organisations.

Schedule and conduct introductory and follow-up meetings (virtual or in-person, where feasible) to present the benefits of partnering with the HRCPU program.

Ensure a clear understanding of the organisations' recruitment processes and standards.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourced job opportunities, client interactions, and placement metrics in the designated database/CRM system.

Provide regular reports on job pipeline status, outreach activities, and success rates to the HRCPU Program Manager.

Program Promotion:

Assist in creating compelling presentations and materials to pitch the HRCPU recruitment program to prospective partner organisations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.

Strong research and analytical abilities to identify suitable target companies.

Proactive, self-starting, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or recruitment software is a plus.
