Become part of a world-leading organisation and do your best work with us About the Role We are looking for an International Mobility Co-ordinator to join DS Smith's International Workforce Team (IWT). The role will involve co-ordinating mobility operations and liaising with key functions to enable critical cross-border moves within the EMEA organisation. Reporting to the Head of International Mobility, EMEA, you will also work closely with IWT Managers on projects and activities to provide a seamless mobility service, in order for the business to achieve its objectives. Key Responsibilities: Building strong and trusting relationships within the mobility team, broader HR and Finance function, external vendors. and with the mobile employee population.Understanding the legacy of the business and helping to identify and implementing process improvements to the mobility capability.Setting up Purchase Orders, checking invoicing & rechargingCo-ordinating Tax PaymentsTax Equalisation (TEQ) Administration – ensuring appropriate cases are tracked and managed in a timely manner, and refunds are recovered from tax authorities and employees.File Management & Tracking – ensure we build our internal data capability of tracking different types o
