International Business Development Executive UK (London / Manchester / Birmingham) c. £45,000 | Hybrid (2 days office) A global professional services firm is hiring a new International Business Development Executive to support its growing international BD agenda. This is a brand-new role, working closely with a senior international BD lead to help coordinate and deliver cross-border business development activity. The focus is commercial, not marketing-led. This is a commercially focused business development role, rather than a sales or marketing position. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of traditional professional services BD, alongside the ability to work closely with marketing to ensure activity is aligned and effective. What you'll do Support international BD planning and coordination Work with senior stakeholders to develop existing clients and identify new opportunities Enable collaboration across regions, practices and time zones Support international client teams and key account activity What we're looking for Significant relevant BD/marketing experience in professional services Strong commercial understanding of client development Confident working directly with senior stakeholders Highly autonomous, self-starting and comfortable with ambiguity Legal / IP or multi-disciplinary professional services experience A rare opportunity to step into a high-visibility international role and help shape how BD is done globally.
