Anchor Fixings are seeking to hire a Sales Support Executive to join our team and assist the sales team with appointments and account management and telesales.

We're a local business providing fixings and fasteners throughout Ireland & the UK. You will be joining a team of sales professionals to help deliver high quality service from initial contact to maintaining customer care working with a wide range of clients.

You will play a fundamental role in our team - responding to incoming sales enquiries and helping to maintain the satisfaction of existing customers, working alongside one of our external sales team. You must be comfortable taking calls, qualifying enquiries and setting appointments for the F2F team.

Job description

• Answering inbound account management calls courteously and professionally
• Arranging appointments for F2F Sales Field reps.
• Raising quotations on our ERP system & completing records on our CRM
• Working within a timescale to deliver on our monthly promotional material, including monthly eshot activity.
• Reactive customer problem solving
• Putting quotes through to orders on the system and sending down to pick to the warehouse team

Who we are looking for

• Strong phone presence, manner & experience in receiving / making calls
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability & experience to multi - task, prioritize and manage your time effectively
• Strong knowledge / experience in dealing with customer queries and issues with the ability to bring a satisfactory resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £29,000.00 per year

• Antrim, BT41 2SJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
