Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Internal Sales Support professional to join their vibrant team If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you As the first point of contact for incoming telephone and email inquiries, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported. Your key responsibilities will include: Addressing incoming inquiries from customers with professionalism and efficiency. Validating and processing sales leads accurately while ensuring timely follow-up and communication. Assisting External Sales Support with daily tasks, including validating sample orders and preparing quotations. Providing information on product pricing, availability, and general queries. Recording, monitoring, and following up on customer inquiries using our CRM system, Salesforce. Maintaining and developing both internal and external relationships, representing the organisation positively and professionally.
