Head of Telesales – Business Membership£70,000 to £90,000 Basic salary, plus fantastic benefits and OTELondonAbout usWe are the UK’s leading membership community for ambitious CEO's and Founders of mid-sized companies.Our mission is simple: to double the number of large businesses in the UK by empowering mid-sized leaders to scale faster - with clarity, purpose, and confidence.Mid-sized companies (15+ employees and £3m+ in revenue) are the most underestimated engine of the UK economy.We exist to champion and support them on their journey from mid-sized to large.We’re seeking an exceptional Head of Telesales to build and lead a high-performing B2B sales function that drives membership growth and supports our ambitious expansion.This is an opportunity to:• Build and manage a telesales team of 5–10 high-calibre B2B sales professionals focused on selling our membership to mid-sized companies.• Lead outbound sales using our proprietary database and other sources, including upselling leadership development and training programmes for the CEOs leadership team (£6k+).• Play a pivotal role in a purpose-driven, entrepreneurial businessKey Responsibilities• Personally test, refine and prove the telesales process before scaling the team.• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align sales campaigns around free growth workshops, converting attendees into members. The aim is to prove we can sell membership ahead of growth workshops.• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance B2B telesales team.• Generate 1,000–2,000 membership sales per year through effective lead generation and conversion.• Manage sales KPIs, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure cost-effective growth.• Develop a structured two-stage sales process(e.g. initial call, follow-up with
