The primary purpose of this position is to manage client accounts within Europe and to exceed sales revenue targets. This role requires a fluent German speaker as you will be responsible for managing German customers. This position is both proactive and reactive. Day-to-day of the role: Inbound sales - conversations with existing and prospective customers to generate and increase revenue.Working towards quarterly and annual revenue targets.Following up on leads generated through advertising, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.Supporting field sales staff and assisting with planning and service.Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.Producing quotes for work and loading orders within same working day timeframes.Producing high-value quotes for project work.Keeping customers informed of stock levels and delivery expectations.Processing requests for specification sheets.Attending sales meetings and training sessions.
