This year will see us enhance our product offering (energy measurement & analysis, Auditing, training etc) around a business all round utility spend, providing customers with products, but more importantly services that will allow them to become more energy efficient and ultimately reach net zero.Role PurposeThe Internal Sales & Contracts Co-ordinator plays a vital role in supporting EMS’s mission to grow its service contract base, improve customer retention, re-engage clients, and identify opportunities for upgrades and remedial works. This role is primarily focused on renewing service contracts, proactively contacting customers, and converting lapsed or dormant agreements back into active status, whilst also uncovering and quoting for additional service enhancements that provide value to both the customer and EMS.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all renewal activity, issuing quotes for extra works, managing CRM records, and providing a smooth and professional sales support function. This is a sales-centric, customer-first role that offers a strong foundation for career growth in sales. If you are passionate ab
