Pinnacle Group are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team within the Central Division, to lead the development and delivery of engaging internal communications across the organisation. Reporting to the Communications Director, this role will work closely with the People team and senior leaders to ensure colleagues are informed, inspired and aligned with Pinnacle Group’s values and strategic direction. You will design and deliver campaigns, content, and engagement initiatives that foster transparency, inclusion and connection supporting our transformation journey and helping colleagues feel part of something meaningful.

Our Central Services team provides expert support across our business – from governance, compliance and business development to finance, marketing, HR, and IT. By partnering with our frontline operations, they help drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement – all in support of our mission to Transform Communities, Change Lives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in internal communications within a multi-site or service-led organisation, with strong skills in planning and delivering change communications. You’ll be confident advising senior leaders, creating compelling content across multiple channels and managing internal platforms to maximise engagement. A creative thinker with excellent writing and storytelling ability, you’ll bring familiarity with digital tools, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, adaptable and passionate about people and culture, you’ll play a key role in building a connected and high-performing workplace.

This is a remote role with national travel required in particularly to Holborn, London and Chelmsford, Essex.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy aligned with our evolving People agenda, ensuring this recognises the needs of our diverse colleague base.
  • Ensure communications reflect our values, culture and strategic priorities.
  • Manage and evolve internal platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Create compelling content for a range of channels including newsletters, intranet, video and live events.
  • Lead on internal campaigns that promote wellbeing, inclusion, recognition and development.
  • Create initiatives that help embed consistent standards, behaviours and expectations across the Group, supporting our journey toward a more connected and high-performing workplace.
  • Support leadership visibility and storytelling across the Group.
  • Partner with the People team and operational teams to support change communications and employee engagement programmes.
  • Lead and deliver change communications, ensuring colleagues understand and engage with organisational transformation.
  • Advise senior leaders on effective communication approaches during periods of change.
  • Manage feedback loops and listening mechanisms to ensure colleague voices shape our communications.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications, using insights to continuously improve.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within a multi-site or service-led organisation.
  • Considerable experience in planning and delivering change communications across complex environments.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic communication plans.
  • Confident in advising senior leaders and working cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in employee engagement programmes.
  • Knowledge of communications measurement and analytics.
