Internal Account Manager Days £28-30,000 (OTE - £48,000) On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an experienced Internal Account Manager to play a key role in supporting customer relationships and driving sales growth within a fast-paced, customer-focused business. This position acts as a central link between customers, external sales, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service, supporting commercial objectives, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Act as the main internal point of contact for customer enquiries, updates, and issue resolution. Work closely with External Business Development Managers to identify and maximise growth opportunities within existing accounts. Liaise with the Order Processing team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of customer projects. Proactively manage and resolve customer concerns with a solutions-driven approach. Monitor account performance, providing regular updates, insights, and reports to the sales team. Support the preparation of quotations, tenders, and proposals as required. Champion a customer-first mindset across the business. Skills, Experience & Knowledge Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Account Management or Sales role, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or a related industry.
