Job description

Are you a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for social media, data analysis, and improving customer engagement? We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern who can bring fresh ideas to enhance our online presence while diving into meaningful research projects that shape our future strategies.

This internship will run from Monday 15th June to Friday 4th September and will be located at our head office in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop innovative social media strategies and content to boost engagement, particularly among younger tenants.
  • Analyse 10 years of Right to Buy (RTB) sales data to produce a detailed report on property trends, including resale timelines, sale prices, and current occupancy status.
  • Investigate rental patterns and ownership changes post-discount period.
  • Review internal tenant satisfaction surveys and propose improved engagement methods.
  • Help design a structured reporting system to support the development of a Consumer Standards Dashboard.
