You will support (and where appropriate, lead) the procurement and delivery of a wide range of professional services, including:Condition and measured surveysDefect diagnosis and reportingTechnical due diligence surveysParty wall services and schedules of conditionContract administration & employer’s agent dutiesPrincipal Designer services (BSA & CDM)You will operate across multiple sectors, ensuring a high-quality service throughout all your work. Working towards RICS Chartered Membership, will be encouraged and supported. Our Director is an experienced RICS Councillor and APC Assessor.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist and support the Professional Services team, leading small to medium projects where requiredUndertake residential and commercial surveys and diagnose building defectsDevelop specifications, drawings and documentation for tender and statutory approvalsPrepare technical reports,
