Your new roleAs a Procurement Specialist, you will lead complex tenders and manage a varied contract portfolio. You'll design and deliver procurement strategies that ensure compliance with public procurement legislation while driving aggregation and best value. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end procurement processes across multiple projects.Developing compliant procurement documentation and contract notices.Advising stakeholders on specifications, evaluation criteria, and best practice.Managing evaluation processes and providing clear feedback to bidders.Building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.This role offers a blend of strategic influence and hands-on delivery, requiring proactive leadership and excellent stakeholder engagement. What you'll need to succeed Public sector procurement experience and strong knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations, Equality Act, and Modern Slavery requirements.Proficiency in e-procurement systems and contract management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including report writing.Ability to manage complex procurement pipelines and deliver value for money.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
