About the Job An immediate opportunity for a highly skilled interim payroll professional to support a complex, manual payroll environment on an interim basis. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and delivery of high-volume weekly payrolls during a critical time of handover, change, and seasonal demand. Duties will include: Managing end-to-end weekly payroll processing for c4000 UK employeesTaking ownership of a heavily manual payroll process with extensive use of ExcelSupporting the transition and knowledge transfer from the outgoing payroll leadCoordinating closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate updates for starters, leavers, bonuses, benefits, and changesRunning Christmas payrolls and managing January pay reviewsImplementing benefit and salary adjustments from February onwardsWorking with legacy systems and spreadsheets to maintain compliance and reporting standards About the Successful Applicant You will be an experienced payroll professional with proven expertise in running complex, end-to-end weekly payrolls. A high level of proficiency in Excel is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a manual and fast-paced environment.
