Marketing Transformation Director Immediate start (5 month initial contract, likely extension), daily rate inside IR35. A world-leading FTSE 100 events marketing organisation is embarking on one of the most ambitious marketing and brand transformation programmes in the industry and they are seeking a Marketing Transformation Director to play a pivotal role. You will be the day-to-day face of transformation for a global marketing function, leading multiple complex workstreams across Technology Implementation, Data & AI, Brand Refresh and Operating Model & Ways of Working. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the narrative, influence senior stakeholders at C-suite level and deliver measurable impact across a high-profile, business-critical programme. The Opportunity: Lead an integrated global marketing transformation roadmap across all workstreams.Drive adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working across B2B and B2C.Support major data and technology initiatives and help define frameworks, policies and governance.Build capability through training, upskilling and cultural change.Oversee contributions, budgets and benefit tracking. What You'll Bring: Consultancy background or experience delivering large-scale marketing transformations.Strong domain expertise across technology, data, brand and operating model design.Experience in platform integration (Salesforce, Oracle etc.) is highly beneficial.Credibility and gravitas to influence senior executives and governance bodies.Track record of driving technology-enabled marketing change and engagement.Ability to navigate and deliver outcomes across complex, multi-stream programmes.Strong communication and alignment building skills.
