Interim Management Accountant - D365/BC Worcester - office based ASAP - Spring 26 I'm partnering with a tech-forward c. £10m turnover SME who are currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to come aboard to support the finance team through an exciting period of transformation, and be instrumental in the utilisation of newly integrated Business Central (Dynamics 365) and Power BI. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day finance activity while also acting as a bridge between finance, operations, and the wider business. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with various teams to understand how the numbers flow through the business and ensuring they're accurately captured within the new system. What you'll do Support the day-to-day running of the finance function during a key post-migration phaseProduce accurate management accounts and support monthly reporting cyclesWork closely with teams across the business to understand processes and ensure financial data is captured correctly in the new ERPPartner with non-finance stakeholders to explain numbers, trends, and variancesSupport the data team with dashboard and Power BI reportingAssist with process improvement and help the finance team get the best from Business Central (Dynamics 365) What you'll need Strong management accounting experience within an SMEEssential expertise with Business Central / Dynamics 365 (SAP exposure a bonus)Confident communicator who can build relationships across the businessAbility to understand operational processes and translate them into accurate financial dataExperience in manufacturing, logistics or retail would be advantageous but not essentialComfortable working in
