Your new role
Your new role as Interim Head of Compliance will require you to oversee the 'Big 6' areas of statutory compliance for this landlord ensuring compliance with governance standards and associated legislation.
You will oversee a large, multi-disciplined team of technical professional staff and associated administrative support as well as the internal contractors and external consultants.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need a strong background majoring in key compliance areas (Fire, Asbestos, Legionella, Gas/Electric etc.).
Membership to an appropriate body is preferred, i.e. MRICS, MCIOB, MIFSM etc.
