Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end SAP accounts payable process for assigned legal entities, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.Oversee day-to-day management of legal entity bank accounts, processing payments and employee expenses with precision and care.Enter journal data accurately for assets, liabilities, and expenses, verifying documentation to maintain compliance and transparency.Conduct weekly cash forecasting and monitoring activities to ensure effective cash flow management across multiple entities.Maintain balance sheet accounts by preparing reconciliations, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring management accounts reflect true financial positions.Provide timely information and support to other internal departments as well as external auditors when required, facilitating smooth audits and interdepartmental collaboration.<
