Interim Finance Director – South Yorkshire (3 days on site)Immediate Start – 6 Month Initial Assignment We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to provide hands-on leadership to a dynamic finance function for a South Yorkshire business. This is an immediate start role, requiring 3 days on site per week, reporting into the CFO. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting. Oversee the day-to-day finance operations, including management accounts, cash flow, and statutory reporting. Act as a strategic partner to the senior management team, supporting business decision-making and strategy delivery. Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls. Provide clear, insightful financial guidance to support business growth and operational efficiency.
