Description We are recruiting for an Interim Director of Finance - Shared Financial Services to provide support for multiple projects within their Financial SSC. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for global finance operations and governance, ensuring best-in-class service delivery and operational performance. Lead financial services teams, including governance of outsourced finance operations (PTP, OTC, RTR, Master Data, Controls).Manage relationships with global outsourcing partners, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.Oversee contract governance and performance management frameworks.Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls, raising risks appropriately.Partner with divisional CFOs, VPs, and corporate finance teams across a complex matrix structure.Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide leadership for onshore and offshore teams, including a large offshore resource base.Develop and deliver a digitisation road-map and automation initiatives (RPA, workflow tools).
