This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of a cost base and using financial insight to drive pricing decisions and operational efficiency. Key focus areas of the Interim Commercial Finance Manager include: Full analysis of the cost base across a complex, multi-site service environmentCalculation and review of core/base fees charged to residentsHands-on involvement in management accounts and month-endCost analysis around staffing models, occupancy and vacanciesPartnering with commercial and operational teams to drive efficiencies and improve income recovery We're looking for someone who: Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or QBE who is highly experienced in the relevant areas will be consideredHas strong management accounts and month-end experienceBrings solid commercial finance or cost accounting expertiseIs confident partnering across finance, operations and commercial teamsCan quickly add value in an interim assignmentHas this experience within multi-site environments This role will suit a commercially minded interim who wants to make a real impact in a purpose-led organisation, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
