The key duties of the role are: Management of patent filings together with external Patent Attorneys, patent monitoring and assessment, coordinate the preparation of oppositions against competitors´ patents, managing the inventions and patent portfolioPrepare MBDA UK decisions for patent filingLead the national IP protection committee (IPPC)Contribute to the Group MBDA IP strategy and policy Liaise with the external Patent Attorneys, patent authorities and cooperation partnersDevelop and implement IP proc
