We are sautille.co.uk, a UK children’s footwear brand. We are developing a new shoe model for ages 1–3. The initial sample comes from a supplier catalogue model found on the chinese version of Alibaba, which we have modified (materials, colourways, branding). We want to confirm there is no infringement risk before launch. Scope • Review photos of our current design • Assess risks: registered designs, trademarks, trade dress (UK/EU; optional US) • Run searches (UKIPO, EUIPO, WIPO; optional USPTO) and flag closest references • Recommend tweaks (if any) to reduce risk and advise on registering our own design Deliverables • 2–3 page written memo with a clear verdict, references found, and practical recommendations • Optional quote for filing a UK/EU registered design Requirements • UK/EU IP lawyer or proven design-rights specialist with footwear/fashion experience • Able to share a sample redacted memo or references • NDA-friendly Budget Fixed price.
