Insurance (Non-Contentious) Lawyer (2+ years') A leading international firm seeking a Non-Contentious Insurance Lawyer to join its growing Insurance team in Edinburgh. The role will involve: Advising on a range of non-contentious insurance and regulatory mattersSupporting transactional and advisory work across the insurance sectorDrafting and negotiating commercial, distribution and outsourcing agreementsAdvising on insurance-related regulatory issuesWorking collaboratively with colleagues across regulatory, corporate and financial services teamsBuilding strong client relationships and contributing to wider team initiatives The team and work: A well-established insurance practice with a strong market reputationA mix of advisory and transactional workExposure to a broad client base across the insurance and financial services sectorOpportunities to work closely with colleagues in other specialist teams Skills required: Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE (flexibility on level)Experience in insurance, financial services, regulatory or related commercial workStrong communication and organisational skillsCommercially aware and client-focusedA collaborative team player with an interest in developing their practice This is a strong opportunity for a Lawyer looking to develop a long-term career within a supportive and well-regarded insurance team, with high-quality work and clear scope for progression.
