Huntswood is looking for experienced insurance complaint handlers to join a leading insurance group. If you have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and are looking for a new challenge, then we have a role for you. Start Date: Monday 10th November 2025 Day Rate: £180 per day (Umbrella only - we can assist you with setting this up) Location:Working from home Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Contract Duration: Initially 4 months Key Responsibilities: Use your insurance knowledge to resolve travel insurance claims complaintsMake outbound calls to gather additional information and resolve complaints efficientlyDraft clear and concise final response letters to customers What We're Looking For: Proven experience in general insurance complaint handling (travel insurance claims experience is a plus)Strong experience in writing bespoke final response lettersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHigh attention to detailComfortable navigating multiple in-house systemsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word Why Join Huntswood Huntswood's people are its most valued asset, and we take their career development very seriously.
