SINTEC UK is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Team Leader to oversee installation, maintenance, and commissioning of automation and conveyor systems on a construction site project in the UK. The role combines hands-on technical work with team supervision, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of electrical and mechanical installations in compliance with safety and client standards.Key responsibilities include:Oversee and participate in the installation and assembly of systems, including cable management infrastructure, panels, conveyor components, and auxiliary systemsEnsure all works are executed in strict compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and applicable safety and quality regulationsProvide effective supervision, guidance, and mentorship to mechanics, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to quality standardsLiaise with the Line Manager to coordinate technical modifications and resolve project-related challengesManage materials efficiently by monitoring usage, and reporting shortages promptlySkills:At least 2 years of experience in managing electrical installation works, particularly in automation technologies such as conveyor systems and ASRSStrong understanding of technical drawings and project documentationMandatoryECS or SPA certificationAn advantage SSSTS or SMSTSTechnical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringFull clean UK driving licenseFluent in English, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of Russian will be considered an advantageWe Offer:Competitive salary (£24 - 26 per hour gross, depending on experience), 220 h per monthDynamic work environment in a growing companyThe chance to be part of a successful and growing companyWe can consider project-ba
