Work with high-quality data to drive customer and business outcomes Deliver accurate, insightful reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Play a key role in improving efficiency and reporting standardsSupport continuous improvement across operationsKey ResponsibilitiesAnalysis & ReportingAnalyse sector and portfolio-level data to identify trends, risks and opportunitiesProduce contractually required customer reports within agreed SLAsPrepare budgets, accruals, consumption reports, spend and margin analysisCreate and maintain dashboards and reporting toolsDeliver ad hoc analysis for internal stakeholders and prospectsData & PerformanceEnsure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systemsSupport continuous improvement of reporting processes and workflowsIdentify savings opportunities and performance improvementsAssist with onboarding new customers from a reporting perspectiveCommunication & CollaborationManage customer and stakeholder queries via email and phone within SLAsWork closely with Account Management and Operations teamsProvide clear updates to senior stakeholders on reporting progress and findingsCollaborate across teams to improve reporting workflows and outcomesSystems & ToolsYou will regularly work with tools including:LookerMicrosoft Excel and Office 365
