About
- To act as a point of entry for customers, outside sales and other internal stakeholders. Handle all rate offers and build a strong relationship with customers to understand their needs. Ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from ZIM.
- Providing written quotes to customers (incl. Tender + side conditions)
- Ensuring follow up on quotes as per established guideline
- Providing sales lead to other sales offices
- Ensuring correct data entry into systems
- Acting as focal point and entry for the client
- Communication with Customer Service, Finance and Trade Management
- Providing sales leads to other sales offices
- Reports
- Updating Target lists
- Analyse and improve portfolio supporting outside sales
- Maintaining and updating customer data in CRM
- Telemarketing
- handle “cold calls” according to established guide lines
- provide sales leads to internal stakeholders
- update the system accordingly
- Requirements
- • 3 years professional knowledge in shipping or forwarding
- • Good MS Office 365 (word, excel,powerpoint),
- • Advantage: CRM knowledge
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Teamplayer
- • Outgoing personality
- • Ability to work under pressure
- • Geographical knowledge
