Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an Injection Mould Toolmaker to join a successful company based in Stevenage. Skills and Experience: Experience in Injection Mould Toolmaking, and high precision machining is requiredUnderstand and have experience of fitting and assembly of complex mould tools including their repairHave the ability to work to tight time scales without compromising quality and safetyBe able to communicate well and be part of a team Main Duties and Responsibilities: Use of manual milling machinesUse of lathesUse of surface and cylindrical grindersUse of manual and CNC spark erodersUse of CNC wire eroderModification & repair of Injection Mould ToolsManufacture and fitting of new injection mould toolsUsing hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grindersExperience in general toolmaking, milling, grinding and fittingWiring of Hot runner systems and fault finding 41.5 hours per week 08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday, 08.00 – 16.00 Fridays Overtime available Salary: £35,000 pa to £40,000 pa depending on experience + onsite parking + pension Interested?
