Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring our books grab attention and resonate with their target audiences. Your Role As a Paperback Book Cover Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating original and market-ready cover designs for our paperback editions. You’ll work closely with our team to understand the tone, themes, and audience of each book and ensure the final design aligns with IngramSpark’s technical guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design front covers, back covers, and spines for paperback books, ensuring they meet IngramSpark’s technical specifications (e.g., trim sizes, bleeds, and spine width calculations). - Collaborate with the team to incorporate the book’s themes, genre, and target audience into the design. - Develop creative and engaging concepts that align with industry trends while standing out in the market. - Prepare print-ready PDF files that pass IngramSpark’s validation process. Adjust and refine designs based on team feedback and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
