What you'll need to succeed Good understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud technology, and network operations.Experience with monitoring tools. (Essential)Some experience with incident management (Essential)Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, ExcelKnowledge of Remedy and ServiceNow.Familiarity with ITIL principles (certifications desirable).
