Description Define and agree project scope, outputs, timescales and quality for IT infrastructure project, ensuring business requirements are fully understood and met.Establish project structure, roles, and teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of infrastructure initiatives.Develop and maintain detailed project plans for Device Refresh activities, including inventory assessment, scheduling, logistics, and user communications.Plan, manage, monitor, and report on the work of project team, ensuring effective change control and risk management throughout the Device Refresh project lifecycle.Ensure all deliverables comply with established methodologies and governance frameworks.Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues, particularly those related to large-scale hardware deployments, reporting and end user impact.Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including entry and exit criteria for each phase, with clear reporting to stakeholders.Demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative approach, stepping outside traditional project management boundaries when necessary to ensure successful delivery.Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of external resources into device refresh plans.Manage multiple infrastructure projects concurrently, effectively prioritising and balancing resources, timeline
