As a local, self-funding charity, our aim is to make North Worcestershire a better place for people to grow older, by delivering a range of local support and services for the over 50’s, promoting independence and wellbeing. Understanding the importance of being able to support a person as a ‘whole’, our support and services are focused around three main areas: * Our free Information & Advice Service * Our At Home Service (which focuses on supporting people to remain independent in their own homes) * Services and support aimed at promoting independence and to help tackle loneliness & isolation (including our Befriending service along with our Groups & Activities) Although we are an independent charity, we are a member of the national Age UK Brand Partnership.
