MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- * 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales,
- business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an
- advanced degree.
- * Experience working with media and marketing measurement solutions and
- approaches, including Media Mix Modeling, incrementality studies and brand
- measurement.
- * Experience collaborating with media agencies across various departments,
- including communications planning and strategy, AV, and digital teams.
- * Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., internal
- teams) and external partners (e.g., agencies, clients).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- * 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and
- service partners at an executive level.
- * 4 years of experience working in the Consumer Packed Goods industry or
- product area.
- * 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
- * Experience in media sales or brand management.
- * Experience in a leadership role.

- As an Industry Manager, you will lead on one of the Retail team’s most
- sophisticated, and significant customers. You will leverage your understanding
- of the retail industry and Google's advertising solutions to help this client
- achieve their business objectives and drive meaningful growth in the dynamic
- digital landscape. You will require extensive experience of performance and
- brand solutions and a developed understanding of the wider competitive
- landscape. Furthermore, you will need exceptional influencing skills to navigate
- a large business with various range of stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- * Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner
- stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business
- challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- * Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and
- lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and
- drive client success.
- * Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google
- advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing
- objectives.
- * Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative
- recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities
- with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- * Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can
- be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
