The school is currently seeking a individual needs assistant to work on a full time basis (term time only). This position is required ASAP on a permament basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting learners with complex needs on a 1:1 basis. All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
- Teaching Assistant Qualification (Desirable but not essential)
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
- Relevant teaching assistant, care or education based experience (Voluntary experience included)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Working, supporting and teaching learners on a 1:1 with additional needs
- Supporting with a learning plan for the learner
- Assisting the child to reach learning objectives
