We are looking for someone to join our Peripatetic team. You will be instrumental in providing advice and information to individuals with disabilities who live independently. This is a varied role that is based in the office/home and will involve travel throughout the community around the UK. The role will require you to work across different contracts and to use your own initiative due to the fast pace of the role and its requirements.Location: Hybrid working, Penderels Trust, Resource House, 1A Brandon Lane, Coventry, CV3 3GUSalary: £26,378 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Days & Times: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pmClosing date: 19th January 2026Interviews: Interviews will take place face to face or via video conferencing software. Further details will be discussed with applicants who are shortlisted (Please check your junk/spam folders)The Role – Your main duties will include:Advising individuals on all aspects of their care packages, including financial aspectsSupporting clients with their direct payment account including calculations and monitoring of funds.Managing your own caseloadSupporting individuals with the recruitment and ongoing management of care staff Providing accurate information in a clear and concise format that meets the individual's needsRecording and maintaining accurate records and providing reports as requiredOrganising and attending meetings/reviews with individuals, colleagues and local authority staff Acting as an appointee for a caseload of individuals to ensure all financial arrangements are properly documented and managed within Penderels Trust guidelines.Ensuring Appointeeships are managed in a person-centred approach that promotes the independence of the individual
