We’re working with a leading UK-wide financial planning company with multiple offices, currently seeking a Financial Adviser to join their Newcastle team.The Opportunity:You’ll be delivering holistic financial planning to both new and existing clients, offering tailored solutions that align with their goals. With access to a strong client base, paraplanning and admin support, and a collaborative team environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for an adviser who wants to focus on quality advice and long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive fact-finding and risk profilingDeliver personalised financial planning across pensions, investments, tax, and protectionManage and review client relationships in line with service standardsGenerate new business opportunities and support firm-wide growthCollaborate with paraplanners, administrators, and compliance teamsMaintain accurate, compliant client records and documentationWhat We’re Looking For:Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered or working towards Level 6 preferred)CAS status and current SPSMinimum 2–3 years’ experience in a financial advice roleStrong knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protectionExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skillsExperience with Intelligent Office (IO) is desirable<
