- Identify issues and recommend best practices for the administration of legal entities and subsidiaries. Lead functional projects and programs that contribute to business or process improvements. Analyze business trends to inform decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee the maintenance of accurate corporate records and documentation. Support the maturing and implementation of the Outsourcing Framework and champion it's adoption through effective communication with all levels within the organization Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company to monitor intra-group and third-party outsourced service provider relationships, driving resolution and timely closure of non-performance issues against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Provide oversight and development of controls, polices and standard operating procedures, including understanding obligations and developing operational procedures for each jurisdiction that is within the scope of regulatory incident reporting Monitor incident queues and triage related data to identify and assess potentially reportable incidents Document incidents analysis, key risk indicators, and metrics to calculate risk on both incidents and outsourcing service delivery Keep abreast of all regulatory changes impacting framework/obligations (new and evolving regulations) and internal policy changes Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as framework and operational improvements, strengthening of internal controls, streamlining reports and processes 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 4+ years in the financial industry or equivalent with proven experience in roles for outsourcing/incident management portfolios. Experience with the UK and other global regulators. Knowledge on FCA, EBA & CSSF requirements High personal resilience a self-starter with energy and drive for results. A high degree of self-motivation is a given. Degree level education. Excellent English communication and written skills. Experience in partnering with and counselling senior leadership, particularly in the context of a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment. Strong problem solving, operational process and analytical skills. High energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to work in a fast growth and changing environment Ability to work within a matrix environment and cross functionally with commercial, operations and technology functions Strong project management skills and change management experience
