What’s on Offer Hours: 32 per week (4 days, 9 hours/day with 1-hour unpaid break)Shift Patterns: Earlies Rota 06:00–15:00 | 07:00–16:00 | 08:00–17:00 | 09:00–18:00 | 10:00–19:00 | 11:00–20:00 or Lates Rota 12.00- 21.00, 13.00 - 22.00, 14,00 - 23.00, 15.00- 00.00 Location: Remote (UK-based only)Salary: £20,483.84 per annum (£12.31/hour)Start Date: 12th January 2026Training: 5 weeks What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in a UK inbound call centreExcellent communication skills (spoken & written)Calm, patient, and tactful under pressureOrganised, reliable, and detail-orientedProblem-solving mindset with initiativeGenuine desire to help the community Perks:? 198 hours holiday (including bank holidays)?
